If you have any questions about how your information is handled, you are always welcome to get in touch.

What information do I collect?

I only collect the information you provide yourself when filling in the contact form:

• Name
• Email address
• Wedding date (if provided)
• Wedding location (if provided)
• How you found me (if provided)
• The content of your message

No information is collected automatically. The website uses no analytics, tracking or marketing tools.

Why do I process this information?

The purpose is to answer your enquiry, send you a quote and potentially enter into an agreement about photography.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR — processing necessary for steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

Who do I share it with?

I never sell or pass on your information to third parties for marketing. To run the website and answer enquiries, I use the following providers, who process data on my behalf:

• Netlify — website hosting
• Web3Forms — technical delivery of contact form messages
• Google Workspace — my email, where your enquiry is received and stored
• Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google's servers, which means your IP address is passed to Google

How long is it kept?

If your enquiry does not lead to an agreement, I delete the correspondence no later than 12 months after our last contact.

If we enter into an agreement, the information is kept for as long as necessary to deliver the work — and then for up to 5 years after the end of that financial year, as required by Danish bookkeeping law.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies. Neither necessary, statistical nor marketing cookies are used, which is why you are not asked for consent.

Photographs of couples and guests

The images shown in the portfolio and galleries are only published by agreement with the couples in question. If you would like a photograph of yourself removed, simply write to me and I will remove it as soon as possible.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have a number of rights regarding the information I hold about you:

• The right to access the information I process about you
• The right to have inaccurate information corrected
• The right to have your information erased
• The right to restrict processing
• The right to object to processing
• The right to receive your data in a structured, commonly used format (data portability)

To exercise your rights, write to contact@broseweddings.dk. I will reply as soon as possible and within one month at the latest.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how I handle your information, you may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby — datatilsynet.dk.

Changes

This policy may be updated if the website changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
